Swimming Pool Guidelines

• No smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed in the pool area.
• Shampoo and soap are not permitted in the pool.
• Only adults and children are allowed; no pets.
• Proper swimwear is required at all times.
• Running and rough play are prohibited.
• Always shower before entering the pool.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Follow lifeguard instructions at all times.
• Do not dive in shallow areas.
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately.
• If the user attends at least one class, the fees are non-refundable.
• Loud shouting or unnecessary noise is not allowed.
• Do not share your contact number with any lifeguard, coach, or staff member. For any concerns, report directly to the counter.
• Take care of your personal belongings. If anything is missing, we are not responsible.
• Do not bring food or drinks near the pool area.
• Avoid using mobile phones while inside the pool.
• People with infectious diseases, skin conditions, or open wounds should not enter the pool.
